Dale Wood has over 10 years of investment banking a finance experience. During this period
Dale has worked extensively in Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Finance M&A, debt
restructuring and Debt Capital Markets. Dale has executed and lead many of the landmark
African deals in each of these areas, including a number of country and world firsts. Dale is
currently head of the Debt Capital Markets division, ultimately responsible for the DCM
business and teams in South Africa, Nigeria and sub¡¾Saharan Africa outside of South Africa, and
the London DCM team which is focused on global capital raising and distribution for African
clients. Dale sits on the RMB Investment Banking Management Board and was previously
chairman of the RMB Strategic Committee.
Dale Wood is a qualified CA, having completed his articles with KPMG. This included a year
spent working for KPMG Tokyo in Japan as a manager. After KPMG Dale started a business
